Chule' is operated by Pacific Revolution Corp, in Guam. In these terms, “we” means Pacific Revolution Corp.

A request is not an order. Nothing is bought until you accept a written proposal and pay the deposit. The proposal states the total, how the goods travel, the days to arrive, and the date the price is held until. A proposal price is held for 7 days.

Paying

You pay a 50% deposit of the proposal total when you accept it. That deposit is what starts the buying.

You pay the balance when your goods arrive, before pickup or delivery. Goods are released once the balance is paid.

Specialised goods that cannot be resold, such as fiber cable for a telecom network, are paid in full when you accept. Your proposal says so when it applies.

We take card, bank transfer and cash. Call or email us to pay.

Sizes and weights

If your goods turn out larger or heavier than the sizes and weights you gave us, the extra cost of moving them is added to your price.

Pickup, delivery and storage

Pickup in Guam is free, at the MacTech store in Tamuning. On other islands your proposal says where your goods are handed over.

Delivery to your door can be arranged. It is a line on your proposal and is paid before the delivery is made.

Collect your goods within 7 days of the day we tell you they have arrived. After that, storage is $50 a day, whatever the size or value of the order. We are not a warehouse.

Goods not collected within 14 days of that notice may be sold or disposed of to recover what is owed.

Cancelling

If you cancel after paying the deposit and before we have bought anything, the deposit is refunded in full, less any payment processing fees such as card charges.

Once we have bought your goods, a refund depends on the store. If the store takes everything back, you are refunded in full. If it takes back only part, the deposit is kept against the goods that cannot be returned. If you think your case is special, tell us and we will look at it.

Items that sell out

If an item sells out after you have accepted and paid, we look for it from another source. If that source costs more, we ask you before we buy. If it costs less, we buy it there and the price you accepted stays the same. If it cannot be found at all, we may suggest something similar, such as another colour or size, or we refund that item.

Large orders

For an order of $5,000 or more, we ask for a photo ID and a signature before we buy.

What we cannot bring

We can buy and bring anything that both governments allow out of one country and into the other. Some goods are restricted, defense articles for example. Tell us what you need and we will tell you plainly if we cannot bring it.
